DAY 1 – Dolly Parton Statue – Paula Deen’s Dinner Show – Pigeon Forge
Our drive today takes us through the rolling hills of Tennessee and across Jellico Mountain for a spectacular view of the valleys and mist-covered hilltops. After an included lunch, we’ll stop for photos at the famous Dolly Parton Statue, a must-see tribute to the hometown legend. We continue to Pigeon Forge, where we check into our hotel for a three-night stay. This evening, high energy fun awaits at Paula Deen’s Lumberjack Feud Dinner Show. Enjoy an included dinner while real lumberjacks compete in jaw-dropping stunts like axe throwing, log rolling, speed climbing and more.
DAY 2 – Gatlinburg – Biblical Times Dinner Theater – Pigeon Forge
This morning, we head to the charming mountain town of Gatlinburg. Stroll the picturesque parkway lined with unique boutiques and sweet shops nestled at the foot of the Great Smoky Mountains, and grab lunch on your own at one of the many eateries. This evening, we’ll enjoy uplifting live gospel entertainment and a hearty included dinner at the Biblical Times Dinner Theater.
DAY 3 – Anakeesta Adventure Park – Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Show – Pigeon Forge
Our third day starts with a visit to Bush’s Beans Visitor Center, located in the Bush family’s original general store from 1911. Learn the fascinating history behind one of America’s most beloved brands then enjoy an included lunch at Bush’s Family Café. Next, we head to the award-winning Anakeesta Mountaintop Adventure Park. Ride the scenic Chondola or Ridge Rambler to the summit where you’ll enjoy breathtaking views, treetop skywalks, charming village shops and beautiful fall scenery. After a day in the treetops, we’ll enjoy an included southern meal and rousing fun at the Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Show. Overnight same hotel.
DAY 4 – Museum of Cherokee People – Indian Village – Cherokee, NC
Today’s destination is Cherokee, NC, where we’ll visit the Museum of the Cherokee People. Afterwards we’ll enjoy an included lunch before stepping back in time at the Oconaluftee Indian Village. This immersive, living history museum features live demonstrations, historic buildings and insight into 18th-century Cherokee life. Enjoy the rest of day to explore Cherokee on your own before gathering for an included dinner.
DAY 5 – Home
We begin our journey home today with a stop for shopping at the popular Tanger Outlets at Five Oaks, then a scenic ride home with great memories of our Smoky Mountain getaway.
