Brenda Snook

Brenda Snook has a love of travel and the outdoors – having been to 49 states. She’s been on many wonderful adventures as a tour director, her favorite of which was an exciting 11-day trip to view the New England fall foliage.

She is a University of Louisville graduate and cheers for both the cats and cards (unless they are playing each other)!She’s been married to her husband, Steve, for 28 awesome years and they have two amazing children together, Brittany and Michael.

Brenda recently retired from a sales position after 42 years from GE Appliances. She plays competitive tennis in both USTA and River City leagues.She’s ready to travel with you on the trip of a lifetime!

Amy Bailey

Amy Bailey is a native Lexingtonian who now resides amongst the beautiful rolling hills of horse country in Versailles, KY.One of her passions is, of course, travel. More specifically she enjoys European travel and the highlights of American travel including National Parks and small-town hidden treasures!

Other areas that fill her days are cooking and hospitality, reading, her book club, teaching a weekly young wife and mother’s class, and taking care of her donkey, horse, dog, and husband.Amy is also a tour guide at the Capitol in Frankfort, KY and is quickly becoming an enthusiast for Kentucky history.

Jody

Jody is thrilled to be returning as a tour guide for another season! In addition to providing tours across the country, Jody is a tour guide on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail.

Louisville, KY is Jody’s new “adopted hometown”. Originally from Bourbon County just north of Lexington, she hails from the heart of the Bluegrass, growing up a country girl among beautiful horses and strong women!

After graduating from the University of Kentucky, Jody turned to traveling where her PASSION for exploring and meeting people around the globe began.

Jody has traveled abroad to Europe on three separate occasions seeing the sights, biking the back roads, hiking, and climbing the mountains. She has toured 35 American states and enjoys getting to know people, hearing individual stories, listening and learning, and sharing the sites often unseen by the average tourist.

When she is not on a tour, Jody is in her vegetable garden by day and reading a great piece of classical literature while listening to Vivaldi by night! Jody eagerly awaits your acquaintance and sharing with you all small and large pieces of American history that will make your tour ever that much more enjoyable!

Kim Robinson

Let’s go on an adventure! Whether it’s drinking glacier water atop the Athabasca Glacier in the Canadian Rockies, experiencing the eclectic energy of New York City, or the visiting the grandeur of Yellowstone National Park – Tour Director Kim Robinson is always eager and excited to go on a new adventure with you! Over the years she has met numerous happy travelers many of whom are now lifelong friends.

Kim brings with her a natural love of the outdoors having lived in Wyoming as a child and camping in many national parks. Prior to her career in travel, Kim worked at Churchill Downs racetrack where she experienced none Kentucky Derbies, two Breeder’s Cup Championships, and a Hullabaloo music festival.

Deborah Lynne Knight

Deborah has been a tour director since 2013 and says she has loved all the people she has met and the places she has been along the way. Deborah’s favorite activity is hiking, especially with her family, and discovering new places, wildlife, and wildflowers. She is active in her church, teaching Kindergarten and First Grade, women’s bible study and ministries. She also loves to read, crochet, and knit.

Before working as a tour director, she worked in the financial services industry beginning as an Administrative Assistant and ending as a licensed General Securities Representative. She has been married to ger husband, Gary, for 47 years. They have two children, Wendy (married to Brian) and Ryan (married to Kim) as well as 12 grandchildren and 1 grandson-in-law.
