FAQ’s

  • Do you have special needs buses?
    • Yes, we are able to accommodate all special needs.
  • Can we request a driver for our trip?
    • We would love for you to request a driver. Contact your scheduler to request your driver.
  • How do I request a bus?
    • You can request a bus by clicking on the “Get a Quote” button on our webpage, or by calling us at 502-614-7269.
  • Do you have charter buses that are handicap accessible?
    • Yes, we do. Please inform your scheduler of any needs you will have, and we can set you up with a bus to accommodate.
  • What is your policy on cancellations for non-school related trips?
    • Trips must be canceled two weeks before the departure date of the trip in order to receive a full refund. Trips canceled after the two weeks, will result in a $100 per day charge. Cancellation of any trip, with less than 24 hours’ notice of departure, will result in a full charge of the trip. Please note special event days are non-refundable. For example but not limited to the Derby, Sporting Events, Fair, Circus etc… This policy does not refer to school related trips.
  • What is prohibited on the bus?
    • Alcohol, drugs, and smoking are not allowed on any of our buses. If groups wish to transport alcohol on a bus, they must get prior approval. Purple, orange, and red drinks of any type, are not allowed on our charter buses, they may cause stains to the upholstery. Any other beverages or snacks that will be brought on the bus must be in closable containers.
  • Can I bring my pet on the bus?
    • Only service animals are allowed on the buses.
  • How many students will fit on your school buses?
    • Large capacity school buses can transport 84 elementary students, 58 middle or high school students. A conventional school bus can transport 66 elementary students or 44 middle or high school students. Remember to leave room for teachers.
  • Can we transport coolers and luggage on the bus?
    • Not in the seating area, but our buses do have exterior compartments for storage.
  • Do your charter buses have A/C?
    • Yes, they do have air conditioning.
  • Are there any time limitations?
    • We rent overnight, 24 hours a day. However if you plan an overnight trip, your group is responsible for reserving and paying for a private room for the driver, as well as any parking expenses.
  • When is my deposit due?
    • Your deposit due date will be selected when you schedule your trip. This date will be found on your “QUOTES/CONFIRMATIONS” page. Failure to provide a deposit will result in cancellation.
  • How do I pay for my trip/deposit?
    • Credit card is the preferred method of payment, but we will accept a check. If paying with a check, please submit it four weeks before your departure date to process the payment.
  • When is my payment due in full?
    • The final balance of your trip is due two weeks prior to your departure date.
  • Do motorcoaches come with a built-in microphone system?
    • Yes they do, all Motorcoaches come with a microphone system.
  • Are motorcoaches bathroom accessible?
    • Yes, all Motorcoaches are equipped with bathrooms.
