DAY 1 – Patti’s 1880’s Settlement – Paducah
Our journey begins as we travel west toward the charm and hospitality of Patti’s 1880s Settlement in Grand Rivers, KY. We’ll enjoy an included lunch at the famous Patti’s Restaurant, known for its warm Southern welcome, hearty meals and signature mile-high meringue pies. After lunch, take time to explore the beautifully landscaped grounds and browse the unique shops featuring handmade gifts, local crafts and vintage treasures. Next, we continue to Paducah, KY, a designated UNESCO Creative City city steeped in history and creativity. Enjoy a self-guided walking tour through the vibrant downtown district to take in the historic architecture, charming boutiques and public art, including the admire the famous Paducah Wall to Wall Murals. We overnight in Paducah.
DAY 2 – National Quilt Museum
This morning, we visit the famous National Quilt Museum. Be inspired by an extraordinary collection of contemporary quilts showcasing intricate craftsmanship and stunning creativity. Following our museum visit, we’ll enjoy an included lunch before boarding the bus for our relaxing and scenic ride home.
