Day 1 – Lambert’s Café – Branson, Missouri – Today, we head west through Indiana and Illinois into the “Show Me State” of Missouri. This evening, we have included a delicious dinner at Lambert’s Café, famous for their “throwed rolls.” We continue to Branson, where we overnight.
Day 2 – Holy Land Tour – Christ of the Ozarks Statue – The Great Passion Play – After an included breakfast, we drive through the Ozark countryside and make our way to Eureka Springs, Arkansas. There will be free time for shopping and lunch on your own in the downtown area. Next, we will tour the archeologically researched and accurately reconstructed replica of the Holy Land. Be transported back in time as you explore the Tabernacle in the Wilderness, Bethlehem Inn, the Nativity, the Garden Tomb, and many other exhibits. We have included a visit to the Christ of the Ozarks Statue. Dinner is included this evening before we attend a performance of The Great Passion Play. This play presents the life, death, resurrection, and ascension of Jesus Christ. The beauty of the outdoors, along with the live animals, and special light and sound effects, make you feel as if you were in “Old Jerusalem.” Overnight in Eureka Springs.
Day 3 – Old Downtown Branson – The Dutton Family – The Grand Jubilee – After an included breakfast, we depart our hotel and make our way back to Branson. We will visit Historic Downtown Branson for lunch on own and shopping. There are over 50 shops offering crafts, souvenirs, clothing, and more, plus Dick’s Old Time Five and Dime Store. Next, we will be entertained by The Dutton Family, one super talented family of incredible entertainers. You will hear a unique blend of country, bluegrass, classical, gospel, blues, jazz, and dance for your guaranteed listening pleasure. After an included dinner, we will be entertained with a performance of “The Grand Jubilee,” a classic variety show. We will be entertained with old and new country favorites and hilarious comedy. We spend the next two nights in Branson.
Day 4 – Clay Cooper’s Country Express – Showboat Branson Belle – Presleys’ Country Jubilee – After an included breakfast, we will be entertained by Branson’s King of Country, Clay Cooper. Clay Cooper features an incredible cast of 24 entertainers (including one very funny comedian – Matt Gumm) great visual effects, and a variety of music – both old and new country, gospel, and patriotic. Tonight, we set sail for a dinner cruise aboard the Showboat Branson Belle. We’ll enjoy an included dinner and an exciting variety showing featuring music from the 60’s to today. Next, we’re off for an evening of great music and comedy at Presleys’ Country Jubilee. Presley’s Theater was the original music theater built in Branson over 50 years ago and it is truly a Branson landmark. We’ll hear new country favorites, old country classics, hilarious comedy, and soulful Southern gospel hits for your guaranteed listening pleasure. Overnight same hotel.
Day 5 – Home – After an early breakfast, we reluctantly depart from this lovely Ozark Mountain area and begin our journey back to the Bluegrass State.
