Jefferson Tours and Charters Hires Louisville Hospitality Veteran

New charter account executive will focus on client growth and service delivery

LOUISVILLE, Ky — Jefferson Tours and Charters has hired Louisville hospitality veteran Marty Flannery to spearhead business development for its growing charter division.

As Charter Account Executive, Flannery will oversee key accounts and client development for the company’s charter services, including a fleet of top-of-the-line motorcoaches, executive shuttles and sprinter vans. Flannery brings more than three decades of experience in the hospitality industry, with extensive work in hotel management and sales, and facility management and sales at the Kentucky Exposition Center.

“Marty understands the Louisville market as well as anyone,” said CEO Greg Delancey. “Not only does he have decades of experience working with major events, venues and clients across the region, he also has a deep understanding of guest experience, large-scale event operations and how to deliver the high level of service that Jefferson Tours and Charters is known for.”

Jefferson Tours and Charters provides transportation for a wide range of clients including corporations, tour groups, school systems, church groups, wedding parties, and collegiate sports teams such as the Murray State University Racers. Jefferson also services major regional and national events, including the PGA Championship, the U.S. Open and Bourbon & Beyond, and will provide shuttles for the upcoming FIFA World Cup in Kansas City this summer.
