Biltmore Candlelight Christmas

Kick off the season at the Biltmore Estate, aglow with twinkling lights, cozy fireplaces and grand holiday décor. Enjoy delectable food, holiday shopping, a trolley tour of Asheville and plenty of cheer on this festive escape.

DAY 1 – Stable Café – Biltmore Candlelight Tour – Asheville 

Today we travel to Asheville, NC, where we check into our hotel and head directly to the palatial Biltmore Estate.  We start with a Victorian holiday dinner at the Stable Café, then head to the Biltmore House for a candlelit tour. A short drive takes us to the home’s main entrance where dozens of flickering luminaries light the main roadway.  Inside, cracking fireplaces and hundreds of candles cast a warm glow as we catch the smell of pine and potpourri drifting throughout the house.

Day 2 – Downtown Trolley Tour – Biltmore Gardens – Antler Hill Village – Asheville

Our day starts with a narrated trolley tour of Asheville, highlighting the history and must-see points of interest in this city of surprises. Next, we return to Biltmore Estate to explore the gardens and Antler Hill Village.  We’ll have time for shopping, exploring, and viewing the historical exhibits, or choose an optional visit to the Biltmore Winery. Dinner is included this evening.

Day 3 – Home

After an included breakfast, we return home from our experience into an era of opulence and grandeur.  Meals: 2B, 2D
