A candlelight Christmas celebrated in the palatial mansion of George Vanderbilt is an occasion to be treasured. This picturesque getaway to the Biltmore Estate is the perfect way to kick off the holiday season.

Day 1- Biltmore House Candlelight Tour – Victorian Holiday Dinner – Today we travel to Asheville, NC, where we check into our hotel and head directly to the palatial Biltmore Estate. We start with a Victorian holiday dinner at the Stable Café then head to the Biltmore House for a candlelit tour. As day turns to night, a short drive takes us to the home’s main entrance where dozens of flickering luminaries light the main roadway. Inside, crackling fireplaces and hundreds of candles cast a warm glow as we catch the smell of pine and potpourri drifting throughout the house. 

Day 2 – Asheville Trolley Tour – Antler Hill Village & Winery – After an included breakfast, we take a narrated trolley tour of Asheville. Our tour highlights the history and must-see points of interest in this city of surprises. Next, we return to Biltmore Estate to explore the gardens and Antler Hill Village. We’ll have time for shopping, exploring, and viewing the historical exhibits here, or choose an optional visit to the Biltmore Winery. Dinner is included this evening.

Day 3 – Home – After an included breakfast, we return home from our experience into an era of opulence and grandeur.
