- Early Booking Reminder: The Bermuda Cruise requires a very early reservation with payment due by April 11, 2025. Reservations after April 11, 2025 will be made on a space available basis at the rate available at the time of booking. Late bookings may have an increase in cruise costs, which Jefferson Tours and Charters cannot control.
- Our cruises are a wonderful time to explore the ship and ports on your own. This is a vacation opportunity that allows you to enjoy your time at sea without a set schedule or guides. Please also note that cruise booking will not include your onboard tips and shore excursions.
Cruise to Bermuda and see sparkling blue waters, pink-sand beaches, and hibiscus blooms in front of pastel cottages. The self-governing British territory of Bermuda is a unique vacation destination that melds island living with proper English tradition.
Day 1 – Charlottesville, Virginia – Feel the anticipation build as we board our motorcoach and travel to Charlottesville for our first overnight.
Day 2 – Norfolk, VA – Board Cruise Ship – After an included breakfast, we continue to Norfolk where we will transfer to our Carnival Sunshine cruise ship. We’ll have the entire evening to get acquainted with our new home away from home.
Days 3 & 4 – Fun Leisure Days at Sea – Enjoy relaxing days dedicated to exploring this majestic vessel. You can rise early to witness the sunrise across the beautiful Atlantic waters or perhaps sleep late before spending the day in your favorite way. The Promenade decks are a playground of theaters, lounges, boutiques, and restaurants. Lounge by the pool, visit the spa, soak in a first-class jacuzzi or try out one of the many active pursuits onboard. The ship is outfitted with a fully equipped gym, aerobics classes, personal trainers, court sports, and jogging tracks circling the ship. When the sun sets, the action begins with shows, nightclubs and lounges providing entertainment throughout the ship.
Days 5 & 6 – Port of Call – King’s Wharf, Bermuda – We’ll dock at King’s Wharf at Ireland Island, which has developed into a center of tourism with museums, shopping, and entertainment. Located at the tip of Bermuda’s glittering archipelago of over 100 islets and cays, King’s Wharf was made for lounging in the Gulf Stream’s balmy subtropical climate. Sunbathing at pink-sand beaches, watersport activities in the crystal-clear sea, the capital Hamilton and the UNESCO world heritage site St. George are among the main attractions.
Day 7 – Leisure Day at Sea – This will be our last day at sea before saying goodbye to this magnificent ship. Take time to enjoy the serenity, as our cruise winds down.
Day 8 – Disembark Cruise – Home – Our journey ends as we cruise into Norfolk and disembark. We reboard our motorcoach and travel back home, reminiscing about the fantastic times we’ve enjoyed together on our marvelous cruise.
